Q: What is the delivery time on orders?
A:Our delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks from the date in which the order is processed. We currently ship orders via priority shipping which requires 2 to 3
business days from the date the order is processed.

Q: Who should I contact if I have an issue or problem with my order?
A: You can visit our Contact page and send us an email instantly. If you prefer, you can mail us or call us, which is also posted on the same page. Please
indicate your contact information and as much information about your order. Tell us the purpose of your email, eg: status, refunds, cancellations, etc.

Q: How will you packed my order for shipment?
A: We use a very discreet white packaging envelope, without our logo or our images. We simply post a return address to our shipping location.

Q: How are orders shipped?
A: Currently, all orders are shipped by U.S. Mail. We will be expanding our shipment options when we inaugurate our online store.

Q: Can i place an order over the phone?
A: Currently, we are not accepting orders over the phone. If you wish to arrange other forms of payment, please email us at info@slickchix.com or

Q: What is the name that will show on my credit card statement?

Q: How long will it take to receive a credit on a return that i made to you?
A: We process shipments and returns on a daily basis, however, you many find that your bank may take up to 30 days to post the credit to your account.
